1. Our Commitment

Anadak LLC strives to make the MungePoint website usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aspire to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We have not undergone a formal third-party WCAG audit, so this statement reflects our best-effort implementation rather than certified conformance.

2. Measures Taken

Semantic HTML structure (nav, main, footer, headings in logical order)
Descriptive alternative text on all content images
"Skip to content" link at the start of every page for keyboard users
ARIA roles and labels on interactive components such as the cookie consent banner
Keyboard-operable navigation, buttons, and form controls
Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
Use of standard HTML elements (links, buttons, form inputs) so that browser and assistive-technology defaults work as expected
Honoring user preferences such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) for cookie consent

3. Known Limitations

The website has not been formally audited against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some criteria may not be fully met.
Product screenshots illustrate features visually; alt text describes the screenshot at a high level rather than reproducing every UI label inside the image.
Some animated decorative elements (such as the rotating words on the home page) cannot currently be paused. They are short and non-essential to understanding the page.
Embedded third-party content (analytics, payment checkout) follows the accessibility characteristics of those providers and is outside our direct control.

4. Compatibility

The site is intended to work with current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver). The site does not depend on any browser plugin to function. JavaScript is used for analytics consent and small interactive enhancements, but core content is readable without it.
